Along Spring 2019, I was about to pitch to potential new co-founders for my start-up, when information on climate change triggered in me a process that boosted my creativity and focus.
As a result, I have designed a new class of A.I. Engine that helps leaders make data-driven decisions. Our methodology and e-tools enable the human collective emotional intelligence and resilience capacity necessary to accelerate the process of coping with information on pressing issues. Which is essential for (personal) leadership and engagement: effective implementation on-time.
I would like to share with you this story along with a series of articles, in which I will use the topic of climate change as a context for learning.
Before I start with my story, I would like to introduce you to the following statements, as there is a context, a scenario climate change discussions focus on that is common for most organizations, when we understand the role and essence of the human variable in the success equation:
- Emotional intelligence accelerates the process of coping with the information provided on pressing issues.
- Proactive and preventive intervention enables systemic and strategic advantage.
- Leadership and mission statement both together are essential for our organization alignment. Leaders are challenged to deal with uncertainty, ambiguity and change daily.
- Systemic strategic and creative thinking enables an effective process and achieving milestones and targets.
” Perception is not the description of an event that has taken place already, but of an event that is about to come ” – Sun Tzu
Where is the missing link? Why pressing issues are not solved effectively on time once the information and solutions for them have been designed, or before they appear or become a tangible threat?
How collective emotional intelligence can enable resilience capacity building, effective on-time decision making, implementation and deployment of solutions. What is collective emotional intelligence? Can an organization acquire or develop collective emotional intelligence?
The story I am about to tell you may give light to this dilemma. I am about to suggest to utilize resources and potential that have been trapped for generations. Those resources are reachable by everyone and are naturally challenging to manage. But there is a methodology, skills, and knowledge I would like to make available to you that will help you be successful in the intent to harness their power.
Once you have arrived at a personal level of clarity you will be able to implement your first effective steps. It is my experience that the essential skills for managing the e-tools and knowledge can be achieved in 3 hours along with an experiential training. We are creating a scalable program for everyone to learn how. We have even meetups scheduled where we demonstrate the use of our tools and methodology.
But information is first. I will intent with this series of articles to introduce you to the idea.
I believe there is knowledge in the world and people that have learned about the complexity of emotional intelligence and human behavior, yet I am certain that there is a lot more to learn. I have also witnessed how those knowledge and skills have not been used yet for solving pressing global issues. I wish to change that situation with the products and services provided by our ecosystem. www.matrix-q.solutions
